Welcome to St George’s Church, Lincoln, a dynamic parish church that wants to reach out to the people of Swallowbeck with the love of Jesus Christ.

Welcome to our website.

The words of Jesus, “Trust in God, trust also in me.” could not be more needed during these confusing times.

Although we're no longer meeting in church and the building is closed to the public, St George’s is still here, ready to serve the Community of St George's Parish. You can still worship and pray with us from 9:50am Live every Sunday via Facebook and YouTube for our weekly Service. Here is our latest Service:

We have a team of staff and volunteers willing to do all we can to help anyone in need in our parish community. If you need any assistance, please call our church office: 01522 689033, and we will respond as soon as we can.

Rev. Tim Voltzenlogel

Please keep in touch with one another by phone, social media and other ways, and let us know of any concerns you may have about anyone.

God bless you all

As part of Lincoln Diocese's Thy Kingdom Come we are wanting to pray for our five people and the mission of the Church in new ways.

We are invited to take part in 24 hours of Lincolnshire-wide continual prayer from 9.00am on Saturday 30 May until 9.00am on Sunday 31 May, the Day of Pentecost.

Could you commit to pray for 30 minutes within one of those 24 hour slots? If you can please put it in your diary now, and let Fran Jeffries of the diocesan Mission Team (fran.jeffries@lincoln.anglican.org) know.

If you don’t think you can manage 30 minutes, perhaps you could find a friend to share the time with. Could we at Swallobeck cover quite a few? It doesn’t matter if slots are double booked – the more prayer the merrier!

Why pray? - because we believe the love of God is …’The kind of love which would do anything, however irrational it may seem to others, to find what is lost.’
